My stay at Pinewoods was quite disappointing. The room we were in had a terrible bed, which made it hard to sleep, and the restaurant service was incredibly slow. Though I appreciated the charm of the area, the overall experience left much to be desired, especially given the lack of maintenance and responsiveness from staff regarding our complaints.

My stay at Pinewoods Resort was quite the rollercoaster. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially when we got stuck during a snowstorm. Unfortunately, the noise level from outside and thin walls made for a challenging night.
